The first exports of pork products from Wicks Manor Pork Farm (Tolleshunt Major) are leaving snowy Essex for supermarkets in Dubai this week with more orders in place to meet Christmas demands from expats. The order for home produced bacon, hams and sausages is a great boost for the reputation of the business and the quality of the pork products.
